My Background

I began my career as a bank trainer with a national bank and discovered that I absolutely loved working with people in group and individual settings. I used that love of teaching and transitioned into recruiting by partnering with all levels of leaders to build effective talent acquisition strategies that deliver world class results.

I moved from banking into healthcare as a director of Talent Acquisition for one of the largest hospitals in the prestigious Houston, Texas Medical Center. I also gained expertise within Retail, Telecommunications, Legal, Energy, Manufacturing, Executive Recruiting, Marketing, Accounting, Finance and technology industries. With over 20+ years of expertise, I’ve perfected my search skills to find, engage, assess, and present the best qualified candidates to all levels of leaders within an organization.
